Most people have at some point asked,”what is the meaning of life? or why are we living when death awaits?”
First of all, death does not mean the end of life. Death is the beginning of eternal life. Let me call the life on earth, the primary life and eternal life the secondary life. For there to be a transition from primary to secondary life,death has to take place. This therefore shows us that death is not the opposite of life.
How do you know that there is a secondary life?
There is no answer to what is.Our minds are part of the flesh and a medium to channel the answers we surely desire.If you believe you are both flesh and spirit then you shall get the answer to that.In other words, It is upon an individual to seek for eternity he shall know of its existence.
Do you mean that eternal life is only for humans but not other creatures?
A spirit can never be destroyed and every creature with a spirit will live to eternity.
Our major concern should therefore dwell on the principles of primary life.By that i mean what is expected from you by your spirit and how to do it practically. That is our purpose.One of our purposes is to exhibit energy in form of love,peace and happiness to others.We were actually formed to enjoy the goodness of primary life and obey or do as the creator requires from us.
in Christianity, the book of John 4:24 says,"God is a spirit and those who worship Him must worship in spirit and Truth".
All the good things we do on the primary life should actually be a reflection of how the secondary life will be. The primary life is a path to the secondary life.
