Anxiety is a feeling of worry, nervousness or unease about something with an uncertain outcome. Anxiety can also mean a strong desire or concern to do something or for something to happen.

Feeling anxious stinks for most people. It’s a difficult emotion to let go of once it has a grasp on you. Sometimes challenges come in our lives and all of a sudden anxious thoughts overcome your mind hence one has trouble thinking properly, a sense of feeling overwhelmed and in some cases you may experience a panic attack.

Anxiety is fear of losing control in an area of our lives whether through circumstances or through choices which people we care about make.
1st peter 5:7 teaches us that we should cast all our anxiety to God for He cares for us. Anytime you feel anxious about what may happen remember that God is there for us and when we put all our anxiety and fears to Him everything will work out for you because He cares for us.

Another way of overcoming anxiety is by spending time reading and meditating on God’s word every day and also by memorizing bible verses. If there is an area in your life where you are battling anxiety, find bible verses which are corresponding to what you are going through.

I know this may feel difficult. DON’T GIVE UP!!
Remember God loves you and He doesn’t want you to be anxious. Relax and know that God got you.
